Consciously I drink the potent brew with deep respect to its ancient intelligence
As the medicine dances through my flesh body

My cosmic soul is revealed

Animal spirits relate messages of peace

I’m aware of every sound near and far
My palms rest on my womb and my heart
I feel my chest breathing
I’m softly participating in the journey without attachment or expectation or even judgment
I find immense power in that surrender
I might forget I’m in control of the sensations so at times I shake
Energy surges through sublime channels
Heavenly music pours over me
Sometimes I keel over to throw out heavier vibrations from the depths of my spirit
Sometimes tears stream down my cheeks
A surreal cleansing detox
I wonder how to tap into this hidden courage I witness in myself
My hands touch the earth as I bow my head to the magic of being alive
I feel the heartbeat of Nature
I communicate with loved ones dead and alive healing ancestral pain
I observe the complex, fascinating labyrinths of the mind
Waves of primal creation birth force
I feel the jungle, islands, mountains, seas, and stars
I’m in awe of fire as the flames mesmerize
I’m in awe of the wind, trees, soil, and the life-giving way water flows
My perception is strangely amplified like I’ve been blessed with superpowers
Worries, concerns and fear purge from me
I face darkness willingly
I sense harmony in the chaos
My mouth smiles as I merge with purity
Perhaps by working on raising my own vibration
The collectives will raise as well
That is my prayer
I’m humbled by plant wisdom
What part do I play in this cosmic dance?
I’m here to appreciate and celebrate this gift of life
