“Yoga is a huge love affair. It is a process of including every form and dimension of life.” ~Sadhguru
Namaste and Welcome!
My introduction into the ancient practice of yoga began in 1999 in a gentle Hatha class. Through slow, soothing movements I began to understand the deep connection between breath, body and universal vibrations.
In 2005 I attended a Bikram yoga class. Too intense and sweaty hot, I swore I would never return. But I came back the next day, and the next, and continued practicing that style for the following few years. Although challenging, the buzzing sensations and increased wellness made each experience well worth it.
Celebrating a twenty year love affair with yoga, I’m happy to lead other on the current of this life-altering practice with supportive guidance and love. Always a student but so happy to share the sweetness as a teacher, too.
Yoga has saved my life continuously for many years. I can’t imagine existing without it.
Yoga doesn’t require you to twist into flexible pretzel shapes, but simply listen to your body and hear yourself breathe. We carry a wealth of information, wisdom and alignment with all we love.
Yoga has taught me more about myself and what’s possible than any other weird avenue I have taken.
With an often playful authenticity mixed with a robust spiritual objective, I invite you to break through the veils of social conditioning to expand into your greatest self.
I offer compassionate space to amplify physical, energetic, sexual, mental, emotional and spiritual well being… with a bit of fun. Life can be serious enough. Your practice doesn’t always have to be!
Shakti (divine feminine energy) flows through us all. This is the same cosmic energy that pushes seedlings through fertile soil, blossoms flowers, reveals rainbows, churns ocean waves and creates music, dance and love making. It is present in all living things. This force connects us to Universal Spirit.
In 2008 I branched out into vinyasa, Kundalini, yin, Tantra, restorative and Ashtanga. Varied classes and teachers throughout the world have helped me on this spiritually evolving path. I am eternally grateful.
I spent ten years learning and teaching in Hawaii, receiving a great deal of potent wisdom from the natural world; teachers both plant, fungi and human. Sometimes my yoga practice was just sitting on the ground watching clouds float by my island home. Or dancing solo to my favorite sounds.
Whatever unites us with our highest self and the essence of the world, that is yoga.
In 2011 I received my teacher training for Ashtanga vinyasa in Thailand. I completed eight months of intense training at Agama Yoga University on Koh Phangan in Thailand and graduated from level eight Self Realization and Yoga Philosophy as a happy Yoga disciple.
I attended Naturopathic Yogic Healing workshop, a five day Yoga Nidra/Astral Projection/Lucid Dreaming workshop, as well as Tantra 1, Tantra 2 workshops, and an eight-day Third Eye silent retreat. I dabbled in Kashmiri Shaivism as well as a week-long intensive silent retreat.
After attending Shakti Fest in 2012, I began practicing Bhakti Yoga. I chanted joyfully at the Kirtan Festival in Rishikesh in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Om Namah Shivaya!
Although I have my certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa, my approach integrates a holistic methodology that weaves together chakra wisdom, conscious breath, alignment techniques and the art of energy refinement. I’m dedicated to infusing spiritual depth into all practices.
We have the whole universe inside us!
Yoga aids in the replacement of ego-controlled thoughts with a feeling of vibrating lightness. I like to envision the earth’s elements as my guide. When a river comes to a rock, it doesn’t fight it, get stuck or turn around, it simply flows with the current.
Over the years I have taken workshops with Maha, Govind Das, Mukta Ananda, Bryan Kest, Saul David Raye, Swami Vivekananda, Joan and Tomas Heartfield, Girish and Shiva Rae. I participated in a week-long yoga retreat with Twisting Peacock Yoga on Koh Samui in 2013. I was a presenter at the Soulful Tribe Arizona Yoga Festival in 2016 and 2017. I received a certificate of achievement for completing Hinduism through its Scriptures from HarvardX. I lived in Rishikesh, India (the yoga capital of the world) at the foothills of the Himalayas for six months.
With powerful influence from the East, my high vibe instruction is designed to raise subtle vibrations through consciously connecting mind, body and spirit in a light-hearted fashion.
I include an emphasis on internal wisdom, elemental enchantment and frequencies of pure love.
We are divine, luminous beings made up of the same energy as the great oceans, sunsets, rainstorms, the silvery white moon and sparkling stars!
My practice consists of living in harmony the best I can; making decisions from my heart, daily gratitude, consecration to the Divine, reading spiritual texts, connecting to Nature and sacred union. The physical part pales in comparison to the richer aspects but it is a very beneficial tool for transformation.

Be present. Be mindful. Let go. And love it all!
We all have an internal fire that, through yoga, can ignite compassion, connection, unity and harmony. Doesn’t that sound nice?!
Like the ocean, which can be turbulent and busy on the surface but so quiet and serene beneath, we too can find that peace and stillness through yoga; learning to flow with the currents weighlessly.
I consider myself a citizen of the world and have received the richest education through travel (external and internal). I adore cultivating spiritual knowledge while expanding my heart and consciousness with the support of my Earth Mama.
I feel most alive while illuminating myself and others in the vast ocean of boundless Love.
There is no end point, only a continuous journey of self discovery. I encourage you to follow your own heart and trust your intuition on and off the mat. More awareness leads to less suffering. EVERYTHING is possible!
“I honor the place in you in which the entire universe dwells. I honor the place in you which is of love, of truth, of light. When you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me, we are one.” NAMASTE
